Pierre Billon is a french Art Director, lyric writter, composer and singer born in Paris on July 24th 1946.
As a childhood friend of Michel Sardou he made the first part of Sardou’s concert at the Olympia, and had a long collaboration with him too indeed as author composer and realized some of his albums. In the early eighties, he went away of Michel Sardou and start working for Johnny Hallyday.
He also composed intro music for television quiz shows (The Price is Right, The Bigdil), as the same time for entertainments (It is always the summer, the summer broadcast of 2003.He collaborated several times with Éric Bouad, more known under his only first name of Éric, the former guitarist of Johnny and member of “Les musclés”. From this collaboration were born the titles : Tao Bi le lapin, bienvenu tout nu, Back in Nashville, Con Edison or La Bamba triste. Let us specify finally that Pierre Billon is the son of the singer Patachou and the uncle of the young comedian Pierre-Antoine Billon…
